MARAS - MORAY
Places: Salineras of Maras and Moray
We will undertake the journey to the north of Cusco, passing through Chinchero where we will see the treatment of llama wool, we will continue the journey until we reach Maras where we can observe different sources of salt and the salt extraction process, we will continue the trip to Moray, considered as an agricultural laboratory that the Incas used to experiment with the crops of the different regions in which they were present.
After the visit we will return to the bus to return to Cusco
Itinerary
- 09:00 hrs: Start of the tour.
- 09:30 hrs: Mirador de Chinchero.
- 09:45 hrs: Visit to the Chinchero Textile Interpretation Center
- 10:45 hrs.: Visit to the Moray
- 12:20 hrs.: Visit to the Maras Salt Mines.
- 15:00 hrs: Return to the city of Cusco.
