SACRED VALLEY VIP

Places: Chinchero, Maras - Salineras, Moray, Ollantaytambo and Pisaq

The tour starts to the Sacred Valley of the Incas in which we will visit different places, our first visit will be to Chinchero, a beautiful town where we will be able to visualize agricultural terraces, the remains of the royal hacienda of Túpac Inca Yupanqui, the beautiful colonial temple built on the foundations of an Inca building and we will observe the entire process of wool from washing and spinning to becoming beautiful textiles.

Continuing our tour we will reach Moray, an archaeological center of terraces of agricultural experimentation; continuing with the trip we will arrive at the Salineras de Maras, a place where the natural process of salt extraction that dates back to the time of the Incas is observed, we will continue to the Fortress of Ollantaytambo, and then we can enjoy lunch in the town of Urubamba, to continue with the trip and reach Pisaq, where we will visit the archaeological center of Inca architecture. At the end of the tour, we will return to Cusco

- 06:00 AM: Hotel pickup.
- 07:00 AM: Tour begins.
- 07:40 AM: Visit to the Chinchero Textile Interpretation Center.
- 09:30 AM: Visit to the Moray Agricultural Research Center.
- 11:00 AM: Visit to the Maras Salt Mines.
- 12:30 PM: Buffet lunch in the town of Urubamba.
- 02:00 PM: Visit to the Ollantaytambo Archaeological Site.
- 04:40 PM: Visit to the Pisaq Archaeological Site.
- 07:30 PM: Return to Cusco city.
